APJS Grade III Syllabus 2017 Preliminary & Final Exam Pattern Download



APJS GRADE III SYLLABUS - Gauhati High Court has issued the Arunachal Pradesh Judicial Service Grade III Syllabus for the candidates. APJS Grade III Preliminary Examination Syllabus

Preliminary Examination (objective type multiple choices)
English, General knowledge, Aptitude, Constitution of India, Code of Civil Procedure, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Contract Act, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Evidence Act and Law of Torts.

APJS Grade III Final Written Examination Syllabus

Final written examination will be conducted for four papers. Each paper will be given the time limit of 03 hours. Now check the given section for the mains exam syllabus.
Final Written Examination
  • i. Paper-I: English - 100 marks. (Duration: 3 Hours)
  • a) Essay Writing
  • b) Précis Writing
  • (3) Grammar etc

  • ii. Paper-II: General Knowledge - 100 marks. (Duration: 3 Hours)
  • (a) Objective Type
  • (b) Aptitude Test

  • iii. Paper-III: Law Paper I - 100 marks. (Duration: 3 Hours)

  • (b) Code of Civil Procedure
  • (c) Transfer of Property Act
  • ((1) Indian Contract Act

  • iv. Paper IV: Law Paper II - 100 marks. (Duration: 3 Hours)

v. Interview Viva-voce - 70 marks.
